Aims:
The aim of this training is to create a common basis of shared values which help staff to work together productively even if there are disagreements, to increase innovation, to use differences as a resource, to create economic benefits and to strengthen long-term competitiveness.
The training will look at the diversity dimensions generation, gender, competence and nationality and provide participants with tools and insights of how to build synergies with their coworkers and to transfer the contents of the seminar to their daily work.
