Running Effective International Meetings

On-line and In-person

Aim:
There are good meetings and there are bad ones. Bad meetings leave participants with the feeling that a lot of time, energy and motivation is wasted. Good meetings leave the participants energized with a feeling that something was accomplished, objectives were met and decisions reached by a constructive exchange of views. And consider the international differences in communication style and meetings etiquette and minimize cross-cultural misunderstandings.
This seminar looks at all aspects of effective meetings. Whether you are a participant, chairperson or facilitator of the meeting. Whether it is a face-to-face meeting in your own environment, in another location or a virtual meeting.
